The Cancer ACCESS Consortium is a partnership between health care providers, community-based organizations, advocacy groups, and local government who provide cancer care, services, and resources in New York, Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens Counties.  The Consortium was founded in 2016, and is funded, in part, by the NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) at the Northwell Health Cancer Institute.
